NON DELEVERD GAS ALTHOUGH BOOKIING IS ALREADY

Sir,

i m the consumer of hp gas. my consumer no. is 814933 my connection in sahnewal hp gas agency (Punjab).i booked my cylinder on 07-12, but i don't received my cylinder till now. i phoned our field officer but their response is very poor. The behaviour of agency man and helpers is very rude they talk very nonsense. I am not sure that they sells cylinder in blacks or not, but I heard about it lot. Apart from it as my observation it can be true because no delivery on timing is proof for this activity

Moreover I want to say it is major problem of not progress, am belong from middle class family and so I have not another way to fight with them and write this letter. Because of these kinds of people are responsible for whole corruptions which are occurring in India. Please take a effective action for this agency so we received our cylinder in time and also others.
