Non delivery of gas after booking

I booked for the gas at 11/MAY yet i cant get the gas in 26th June. I gave complaint to the gas agency they replied that you got gas within 2 days. But the supplier dont give gas to us, while i asked him, he behaved us roughly. Below are the details about my gas connection and about the gas agency.
