Not pick the phone & non deliver the cylinder on time

Chirayu gas egency kalyan east rearly pick up the phone our cosumer number is 602083 Mr. Nana Vithal Garud . i already submit the application that we requred 15/15 days later cylinder. but our problem is not solved .last 2days i am calling there number but no one is pick up the phone today also mor-10.00am to till 2.30pm i called up but no one is pick up the. i am styaing for the Gas Egency Office for the reason the counter girls not pick up the phone then will be taken to booking & complain. i have 55 years old & i am really very Iriated in your services.

today i booked the cylinder but they told after 10/12 later cylinder will be coming in your home.

I request you to please do the needfully & help me.
