BOOKING AMOUNT NOT GETTING REFUNDED

Hi,

Have booked an Alto car from new Delhi Allianze dealer in the month of may but due to non process of my loan the plan got cancelled. from month of may till date i am time and again asking for my refunded but the concerned person and the owner of the allianze are not responding to me.

It is really very disappointig to see that the brand name likr naruti is under going such practices. our expectations are really high from registered dealers of maruti .kindly please take necessary actions and help me to get my refund
