Delay in domestic cylinder refill delivery

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have booked for refill dated 14.07.11, booking No.:122070 from M/s Prakash Gas Service, Kharghar.

We reminded them and they assured us for delivery on 23.07.2011 but they fail to keep their promises.

Again we reminded on 25.07.11 and awaited for delivery as promised by them. We are a big family (12 members) and a cylinder is consumed in approx. twenty days, we want prompt delivery to get a minimum duration between two consecutive bookings. Since 12 days have been passed and we have not recieved the refill, the delay shall effect my next cyliner booking.

Old Consumer No.:623274 from M/s Varadvinayak Gas Agency, KHARGHAR, Navi Mumbai.

New Consumer No.:617605 of M/s Prakash Gas Service, Tirupati corner, Shop No.:14, Plot No. C-1,

Sector-12, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

Pl do the needful to avoid my hardship.
