HPCL GAS AGANCIES
Delivery time extended without information

Dear Sir,

I have booked HPCL Gas on 03.01.2011 and delivery date given 07.01. but when my person gone to office then they told her to deliver Gas cylinder to another person (I think in Black) and they have told us to booked another one time (that means for one cylinder two times have to book). When asked him they are telling (in hindi-koi ghar me nahi, ghar band hai, aisavaisa).
