Non delivery of internet booking gas

I made an internet booking of hpcl gas on 12.02.2010.Booking number 221332. On 09.03. Ilodged a complain for non delivery. Complaint no 09034215 dt.09.03.I was given again a booking no 232928.

Till date not received the gas.

I am a senior citizen staying alone with my wife. Please help.
