Not attending the leakage from newly supplied cylinde

My consumer No. 609515. As soon as new Gas cylinder put on service on dated 09-4, heavy Leakage of LPG observed through the cylinder. The regulator was take off and inform to the supplier (Tele 02838222315). I am sorry to inform that even after regular persuance with the dealer of HPCL (M/s Nirmal Gas, Mundra) on telephone no one come to attend the leakage of LPG till now.

Further, the company telephone remain off from 5:00PM to 10:00AM and no one is available to attend any emergency.
