Non sending confirmation letter to dto patna

I have purchased a maruti swift dzire from RadhaAutotract Pvt Ltd, Bhagalpur Biharon 19/05.chassis no MA3EKE42S00174294 Engin no G13BBN-494809.I applied for its registration with D T O Patna which in turn send letter toRadhaAutotract Pvt Ltd, Bhagalpur Bihar for confirmation about its sell vide letter no 3499 dated 30/06.I personally requested several time to authorities on phone for sending confirmation but till date no confirmation sent by RadhaAutotract Pvt Ltd, Bhagalpur Bihar to dto Patna. I was informed that mr aditya is authority in

RadhaAutotract Pvt Ltd, Bhagalpur Bihar but he always cut the line of phone on litsning my complain.

With tremandous zeal i purchased a car from Maruti but my happiness turned into agony i am suffering with depression and tension as i am not able to use a new vehicle just due to non co operation of maruti dealer.

Pleas look into the matter and understand my problem and directRadhaAutotract Pvt Ltd, Bhagalpur Bihar to send confirmation to dto Patna and a copy of same to me.
