Delay in delivering the cylinde

I booked a HP gas cylinder through their central booking system about 10 days back. When inquired with their agency, M/s Sai Agencies, Koottupatha, Chandranagar, Palakkad, on 4-2, I was told that they have already send the cylinder & it is on the way. When I didn't get it, I asked them and They told that they will deliver it on Saturday, but not done. Today they are telling that it will be delivered on Monday only. After billing the cylinder used to be delivered within 48 hours. But for the past few occasions, I have observed that the gap is more than 3 Days. I doubt that there may be malpractice played by the Agency. May be giving to somebody else, for a profit.
I want that this be seriously looked into by concerned officers in the Hindustan Petroleum and remedial measures are taken at the earliest, so that such irregularities in the gas delivery is nipped off.
