HP Gas Agency at Lajpat nagar! st
Non refiling of our Gas cylinde

This complaint is against SMART GAS AGENCY (an HP authorized gas dealer) address: Lajpat nagar 1st Near Railway crossing.

i had booked a request to refill my gas cylinder on 19th January. My gas registration no. is 628813.

They have not sent the refilled gas cylinder till date. I have called several times on their complaint no. but they are not responding in any manner. On visiting the dealer i was given this waiting no. (355976) & was assured that it will arrive in a couple of days. Since then also more than a week has passed but i haven't received the refilled cylinder till date.

to make things worse, 100 meters away from the same gas agency, HP GAS cylinders are being sold in black at very higher prices to consumers.

It is simply a harassment with lajpat nagar residents.

I expect a relief immediately from this forum so that my faith in the administration continues/
