Delay of service and misbehaviour of distributers

Dear sir

My Consumer No. is 201620 and my agency;s name is 'ASHOKA GAS AGENCY'.agent of the agency came at home for checking gas cylinders he told to change the gas pipe and we did it we had changed recently and using ISI mark pipe but now they are forcfing that we have to use company's pipe so that they are not providing us gas cylinder on time, eventhough HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arogent, misbehave with us, non cooperating person...
