POOR SERVICE

This is Vimal Agnihotri having a new connection at Shiv Sai Gas Agency, Salarpur, Bhangel, Noida and my consumer no. 1734.I had booked my cylinder on 17.02.11 and till now I have not received the same. Whenever I went there to collect my booked cylinder, the concern person Mr. Atul and other staff start abusing and misbehaving with me. If this matter is not look up seriously I am forced to go to District Court or Consumer Court.

I again request you pls take up the matter and resolve my problem. Shiv Sai Gas Agency have very poor service. I have heard this thing from other customers also.
