Not supplying of gas from last one month

My consumer no is 611612 sir my family is staying at madgul village from last 2 years we are getting problem with getting supply of gas from last one and half month he was supplying the to others in the same place like hotels but he was not supplying the gas to us we have also problems with childrens they are disabled so many times i am calling to the dealer and also to the supplier they are saying no stock and also the supplier mr, jungaiah can not lift the phone and it goes to swith off his mobile no is 9848242779 and the dealer number is 08543270777 please kindly solve the problem immediately
