My Gas connection is not getting activated

Hi sir/madam,

i have a Gas connection with HP, consumer NO: 617308. Currently this is not active (i am not able to book the gas). When i check with the agency they told me that it is in suspended due to no transaction for about 180 days. Because i was out of Bangalore for more that 5 months, i was not doing any transaction. I have submitted the required documents to my gas agency for reactivate on 6th of Aprl. The gas agency people tole me that it will be activated within one week. But still my connection is not activated.

please help me on this issue.
