Delivery Vehicle doesn't have Pick up

Dear Concern,

We had requested for gas refill (Ref no. 203116 - Ravi Enterprises) Agency delivered the same on 25th Apr 11 around 4 to 5 pm. Since the vehicle do not have pick up to our reach our area the delivery guy who introduced him as Venkatesh and had asked us to seek the delivery from Manju or Manjunath instead of Venkatesh. We booked the refill through online (9964023456) there is no such option to select the delivery persons name. I hereby request you to either make some option to select the delivery guy or to replace the vehicle which is not in good condition.
