Ooking delay

I was tried so many times to book my refile by phone, but i didn't get any response. Finally went to the branch office to book, they don't entry my booking in the consumer's book they just made a phone call to 9090923456 and say your refile was booked.

But when i check the booking history in the Internet, i don't find any booking in that day.

I don't think they really booked.
