Subject - Not Satisfied with the service provided by Maruti Dealers.

Respected Sir,

My Swift car no. UP 85 Q 7800 met with an accident on 24-06-10 and not even took a pictures of the accidental vehicle, maruti dealer gave me the delivery date i.e., 20-07-10, but i haven't received my car till date. and they made a bill of Rs. 1, 70, 000 and they asked me to pay Rs. 75, 000, But according to me it should be maximum Rs. 45, 000, I am very much disappointed with the Service and even the owner of the maruti agency not ready to speak with his customers.

I want you to please inquire about it and take necessary action. And please when i can get my car.
