NON SUPPLY OF GAS

Dear Sir,

I have a gas connection with my name from HP gas agency. my consumer no is 669087. I had made booking for refill on 28th Nov'09 but concerned gas agency is not refilling my Gas Cylinder even after several requests. Kindly intervien.
