Non Delivery of Cylinders even 15 days after booking

Hi,

My Consumer No. is 616522 with Devi Dayal Enterprises (Tel:27940639, 27940104), Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi.

I have booked gas on 4th Jan 10 thru Anytime No.9990923456, but till date I have not received cylinder. I have personally visited to Devidayal Enterprises 5 times since 4 jan10, but they just told me that they have not delivered the gas to consumer who booked on 1st jan 10 even.

Devi Dayal Enterprises never pick up their landline phones, On asking, They also told they will not pickup their landline No..
