I booked gas for home delivery on 06.01.2010 but till today 20.1.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with my HP dealer. My Gas Agency Distributor Name was follows plz take action to this distributor 2 days back i am also informed this issue HP sales officer his name was Shivakumar but there is no improment to solve the problem Please take a serious Complaint on this issue My consumer no- 627474
