Not delivery of gas

Customer No.601387 Booking No.1821 non delivery of gas cyclinder

I have booked gas cylinder on 11.01.2010 my customer no. is 601387 & booking no. is 1821, but till date I have not received gas cylinder. When I ask my Agency swastik gas agency (loknayak janta bazar 97 (75), panki power house kanpur). no one can recieve my phone and every time they take more than 1 month for delievery. I request you to please necessary action.
