Phone always busy

Dear all,

My consumer number is 529312, and the address is Heera Agencies, New Malakpet, Hyderabad-500036. and phone numbers of the gas agency are 040-24151361 and 040-24151362.

Although Malakpet branch has two numbers they are always busy. In fact the phones just appear busy but they are not. Once I tried the phone in the agency itself, but the phone were ringing busy tone, when I complain, they apologize and said next time they will not repeat this act.

Since last 4 years I am facing the same, I had to try for almost 3-4 days or visit their office to book the gas.

Please take the necessary action against this agency.
