Non receipt of cylinder after booking

I booked my gas cylinder on 27 feb having booking no 277128 on HP 24 hrs booking no 9990923456 . My consumer no is 612806.

I have not received the cylinder whereas the computer is showing delivery by my gas agency up till 6.3.10.

Pl look into the matter and help me in getting my cylinder.
