Divert the Customer Call

Hi,

This is to inform you that i am resident of Rabindrapally Kestopur, Kolkata-101, consumer of HP gas distributor located at Zangra, Kolakata. As they have provided a customer service phone number (033-25700808) but that number either busy or nobody responding the call. First time i thought that the number was may be dead, but when i personally went there to place the gas order, noticed that the persons siting behind the phone intentionally either hung up the receiver or did not responding the call. From then onwards whenever i tried it was either busy or unattained.

It will be very much help full if a gas order can be placed through phone call or any query can be answered, as the distributor location is far away from my location.

Please take the necessary action as soon as possible. My consumer details given below
