Non delivery of cylinde

I am Atish Mukherjee and my consumer no is 601663. I am really perturbed with the service of your dealer Sree Udyog. I am an old customer having connection for 2 (two) cylinder. But I am not getting at least one cylinder in a month. Last month, I have got delivery on 36th day on 16.04.2010 after lodging complain to your end. I was directed by the dealer to lodge booking after 20 days from the delivery date. Thatswhy, I made booking on 05.05.2010 but till date delivery has not been executed. Today, calling over telephone at the dealer's office, come to understand that cylinder has been sent for delivery but all in vain. Please let me know, wheather I am eligible for having one cylinder in a month and one cylinder should be kept in reserve, as being a consumer of 2 (two) cylinder whereas I am not getting single cylinder in a month. Please let me know, to whom I have to lodge my complain to get relief from this ridiculous situation. My cell no is 9831085935.
