Not booking of gas & extra charges

This complain is regarding the agency of hp gas naming pragati flames which is in civil lines, according to him u cannot book your gas within 21 days of previous booking & also u will not receive your gas after 15 days of booking, so in total after 36 days you will receive your gas & along with this he is also charging rs. 5 extra per cylinder as compare to other agency with all this his behaviour is also pathetic towards the customers.so it is my humble request to look into the matter as this is a very small city & many of the people are also not aware of this procedure so please look into the matter as this is the story of every month & we all are fedup of this.
