HP Gas
Refill not delivered even after 30 days of booking

I am a HP gas cosumer. My consumer ID is 608672. I booked a refill in May 21. Till date it has not been delivered. My order no. is 261946.

But, when I contacted local office, they said no booking found on this date, which implies they have delivered this order to another person illigally.

Kindly take necessary action and resolve the problem soon.
