Delay in supply, extra charges, poor telephone response

My dealer of HP gas is Kalkaji Gas Sevice. i would like to post 3 complaints.

1.There is always a long delay in delivery i.e Last time I booked a cylinder on 13 may 10 and delivered on 11 june and this time booked on 14 june (22 booking no.)but till date (14 july) delivery has not made.

2. For every delivery they charge Rs 15 extra.

3. Phone call is never entertained.
