Delay in gas supply

I am Dr. B.J.Rani. I booked my gas with gopal rao agencies on 9th Aug. Once in every three days i am enquiring but they reply that you will get within three days and the same answer continues every time. We have several other works and we are unable to spare all the time around the gas station. Even Last time when I booked they said it is booked and within 10 days you will get. I forgot to take the booking number and after ten days I asked for the delay they replied your gas was not booked at all and I again had to book for the second time. So Iam facing so many problems with my gas booking. They reply harshly and reluctantly and for 99% they never lift the phones. I want necessary action in this regard.
