Not getting cylinder supplies on proper time

My self, Ritun Majumdar, consumer no. 615423, address - Flat no. 2A, Shuktara Bhavan, 196 Netaji Subhas Road, Uttarpara, Hooghly, is not getting delivery of cylinders on proper time even on booking. I am now having a single cylinder and is facing very much trouble. I have applied for double cylinder also but yet no response. I have booked for a cylinder on 30/08, yet not received. This type of sarvice is not expected and this causes very much trouble to consumers. If properly service can't be given then whats the use of opening such an agency with people with such poor performances. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also on calling at thier agency nos, most of the times the nos come busy.
