Delay in supply of refill

This is Arvind from Ghaziabad, i have booked a refill throgh internet booking vide there internet booking no.376237 dt.21.12.10.The distributer M/s Sen gas downloaded the same vide ther order no.14979 dt.21.12.10.but the delivery of refill is not done yet. When i am trying to compolaint on HP gas website it shows that a complaint having no.10037120 is pending.when im trying to track this complaint no.it shows that the reference or email is wrong.please do the needful.
