Delivery of Gas Cylinde

BOOKING PROBLEM

My consumer no.814737 (H.P.GAS) and I am a resident of sector -38 (W), Chandigarh. M/s Parnaam Gas Agency .sector -37, Chandigarh is the distributor for my connection. When ever I book my cylinder, they refuse to book the cylinder before 21 days of delivery of previous cylinder and then again they deliver the cylinder after the 15 days of booking. The total gap between the deleivery of first cylinder second cylinder is 36 days which seems to be very hard to compromise the situation. Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system.
