NEW CONNECTION DELAY

Dear Sir

I had applied for new gas connection in PAWAN GAS SERVICES OSMUNPURA AURANGABAD (M.S.431005) INDIA. MY REGISTRATION NO IS 5228 DATED 13/08. Initally i was told that i will recive new connection within a month. after that i had told that u will get in new year ie in jan.till date i havent recived. What is problem? in which year i will get it? i had tried to call on customer care cell no 8975768900. from this cell i got arogent answer. pls help me
