Non delivery of refill cylinde

My consumer no of HP GAS is 606337 and regd with M/S Prakash Gas

Agency (12330220), Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. I am using HP Gas sine last 12 years and I have enjoyed a fantastic 2 days delivery everywhere at Mumbai. But now I am facing a lot of problems, I have booked for refill before 10 days everyday whenever I am calling them they are saying tomorrow you will get it. Their tempo is comig for delivery in our building or opposite building but not giving cylinder to us. I dont know why. Booking staff is also talking rudely and asking us to pickup cylinder personaly.

I wants to draw kind attn of HPCL officers to this neglegency. This is harmful for HPCL reputation in corporate world. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to stop this type of things as soon as possible.
