Poor service & no revart

After booking the gas on 15 aug they said there are some disturbance so your booking will be late delivered afetr 15 days, but no feedback as well as no revert after regular calling on the service centre & now exact 22 days have gone but no response from thier side (ashu agency) kandivali west
