Non delivery of gas clynder even after online booking of the gas

R/Sir,

with due respect I state that I am the customer of your agency with consumer no. 653220 in Mungippa Gas Agency (19637200) Tosham. I have booked my clynder through online booking service of the company by internet booking no. 616329 on dated 27/09.Now the status shows that the booking receipt has been downloded by the concerned distributor with order no. 413602. But he is denying to supply the gas day by day. He (distributer) is saying that there is shortage of gas supply by the company. Kindly help in this matter so that i can get the clynder on proper time and without any harassment by the distributor.
