Online gas booking information

Respected Sir,

I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of (HP gas) your company (M/S ANNAPURNA GAS AGENCY, VASAI (BASSEIN )). I am getting good service from you but in this days I am facing problem in the time of booking.

It is easy to book gas through BSNL land line. But I have tried from the last two months but nobody available to pick up the phone at agency office to book the gas reffile. and I also book on line but after cheching next day my status shows canceled.please do needful.

If you give suggestions about online booking through internet that will be helpful to me.
