Abnormal delay in delivery of Gas Cylinde

Gas booked on 20.10.2011 after 21 days from the last cylinder received vide consumer no. 606528 to HP GAS, SODEPUR, PANIHATI, Near Peerless Nagar Complex, Ph. No. 033-2553-2170 cylinder is not received till date although 41 days lapsed. It is almost a regular feature on their part in every month which cause enormous problem to us. Please take necessary steps to regulate the case which will be beneficiary to all the customers.
