Do not give home delivery of cylender after the booking

Sir my self avinash rai working in railway and live with my mother. I have a hp gas connection with two cylender.i reffil mymy cylender every 3-4 month. My dealer not provided home delivery of gas cylender after 30-45 days of booking, whereas i have already take my waiting list and booking recipt. i work 7 days so i cant able to go dealer shop to fill the cylender.

sir please take my complaint seriously and give me better option for this and also take complaints against my dealer.
