Delay in delevery

I ahce a hp connection number 513657 (S S GAS Agency Jawahar nagar kota)

and i booked it at 17-2 and after calling more than 50 times they not delivered my cylinder till now and 1 month is going to complete of booking it

i have make complaint in hp official site and they only give a number to talk but this number not picked by anyone

i am totally depressed with all of this and want lodge a complaint in forum please help me out of these.
