Delay in refill supply

Dear sir,

i am a regular consumer bearing the no. 600196 of hp gas company. name of the local distributor is m/s jyotsna hp gas service centre (p.o.- pachundi, dist- burdwan). i booked for my refill on 19/03 through internet. my booking no. is 352590. on 28/03 i noticed in my 'refill booking history' on the website of hpcl that a refill had already been delivered in my name on the booking date (19/03) though i did not have the same yet. i lodged a complaint to the authority availing myself of the internet facility on 29/03 but no action has yet been taken. for your information it may be mentioned that i got my last refill on 01/03.
