Non delivery of gas

My Consumer No. is 648781. My Distributor is Ekvira Gas Services at 15, Anusaya Apt, Bhayender (E), Dealer Code is 963990.

I had done online gas booking on 17.07.2012 but till date i have not yet received delivery of gas at my home. This is not a new situation for me, everytime when a complaint is lodged then only delivery of the gas is done as if ekvira gas service is doing a favor on me. If i receive the gas

after the complaint done the behaviour of the delivery person is very rude and sometimes he comes without the receipt. Me and my wife both are

working people and we have to daily handover the cylinders to our neighbours for taking the delivery. Today when i called personally they

promised to deliver the gas but still the gas has not reached to our place. I hope some sort of action will be done against the said ekvira gas

services so that every time i need not lodge a complaint to receive the gas.
