HP Gas Complaints
Waitting since two months for new connection

Dear Sir,

I am waitting since two months for new connection... and HP gas agency, Vijay Nagar, Beside Mangal City Mall is telling new connection will be provided after 20th FEB. I filled their form on 15th Dec (That time they promiced that connection will be provided within 15-20 days.). and UPTO NOW THEY ARE DELAYING . And now they tell "if you have any objection with our this system Now go to another gas agency. Hindustan Petrolium is like this only.. and laugh~

Please tell me where should I complain regarding him.
