HP Gas Connection
Not delivering the cylinder even after 15 days of booking

My HP Gas consumer No.699567 in the name of P A Narayanan r/o K-34, UGF, Khirki Extn, Malviya Nagar New Delhi. I got this connection two years back and i am having a serious concerns about the negligence of consumer rights from the Gas agency viz South Delhi Agency that they never delivered the Gas cylinder in time after the booking. Every time it takes minimum 5 days and some time it takes more than 10 days and after this delay too I got personally visit their agency to collect the cylinder in urgency but they don’t give cylinder in the first instance. Now it is happening repeatedly during last few bookings, this time I have booked on 2nd Aug but till today I have not received the cylinder. My last booking no. is 201815 dated 2-08. In the mean time we are trying to contact the gas agency through phone but nobody could pick the phone not even for one time.

I request for serious attention on this matter.
