Delay of one month of delivery of gas cylinder evenafter the order before one month

I am trying to book the gas cylinder since one month, but when I tried to call at HP gas center noone recieves the call. I am using petromax gas as alternative as gas is finished in the house. after reciving call the presentative also doesnt respnse as expected. Please, help out in this case..
