After booking also they are saying lie that we are not booked any gas we had online evidences

1) Booking on 29th July

I booked gas through online on july 29th we got booking No. - 231817

cash memo no. 107628

even we got sms on Aug 9thas gas cylinder is delevered but up to 15.08. we didnot received any gas cylinder, I personally went to office and asked regading cylinder they are not responding in a proper manner in addition they are saying that we are not bookek any cylinder if we didnot booked then how we get these consumar no, cash memo no. and delevering SMS,

even we had given online complaint, on 9th aug

during complaint only they took our second gas booking on 9th aug

2) Bookin on 9th Aug

Booking No.231817

what to do we will get the cylinder or we hove to go for other complaint service with all our evidences. as everything is online so all veidences are available.

I should get my cylinder for 17.08.2011 other wise I will complaint ot higher otharties?
