Egarding the hp gas dealer (shiv shiva gas agency) irritated from internet gas booking

Dear Sir,

I am Jagan Nath s/o Shri Ram consumer no. 601296 chungra road Patran, distt. patiala, (Pb), PIN 147105. I am a consumer of Shiv Shiva gas agency, Patarn. My last date of gas booking through internet with booking no. 452798 on 21.03. till now they have not given me gas cylinder after visiting many times at there office. They irritate from online gas booking even when i visit at there office with internet booking no. they start shouting. They insult me many time. after a long time when there is no way to get gas to live a human life. finally i register my complaint here. i don't know what to do? i wants to know what's the reason behind not to provide me gas cylinder? I hope u 'll get solution as soon as possible. and punish them as they are able to punish for this playing with a game with a common man.i'll be very thanks full to you for this kindness.
