Transfer of lpg gas in mumbai

Dear sir,

I Rinku A.Bhambhri already submitted the transfer letter in the year thru third person, but the authorised dealer never accepted that surrender letter they refused and told that the gas owner should come personaly and sign in fornt of the dealer, but before that we had already shifted to Mumbai in the month of feb-08, than i gave the authority letter to the same person to surrender the gas no. but the third person ie mr. Johny has given or not that god must be knowing but this is kind request to you please cancelled the same consumer no. and transferred it to Mira Road (Mumbai) from previous where it was cancelled, transfer it to the same dealer of Mira Road Branch which previously it was.

so this is very urgent request and hope the best cooperation from your end for further detail email me on above mention email.
