HP Gas (Praveen Genral Stores, Hadapsar, Pune)
Asking for money unnecessarily without providing any service

One day a Mechanic from Pravin General Stores, Hadapsar came to my home to check the gas connection and stove. I haven't asked them to send a mechanic for that. After checking few foolish things, he asked me to pay Rs. 40. I told him that I haven't asked to come here and also you did not check the things properly. He started saying that if you dont pay money you will not get cylinder next month, also you wont get double cylinder.

After that incident I applied for cylinder on 7 Aug the person told me that you will get it in 10 days. I haven't received the cylinder after 17 days. Now they keep postponing the delivery whenever I follow up.

I want to complaint against Pravin General Stores for applying unnecessary charges and harassing HP consumer.

I request you to look into same issue.
